Description

In this workshop, you will learn to use goals, budgets and technology to gain more control over spending habits, discover specific ways to save and utilize tools to help you manage your money.

This workshop can be used as a stand-alone tool for people interested in getting in front of their finances, and can also be used towards those who have their sights set on buying a home. There are many nuances to purchasing your first home in San Francisco, and it all starts with understanding your financial self in order to build a more suitable path to reach your financial goals. This class is one of a series of approved classes by the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and offers participants who complete them, and 1:1 counseling, a certificate in homebuyer education.
